1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7ezd website, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 7ezd platform in any capacity, you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 7ezd.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 7ezd platform and, if applicable, contact support to arrange closure of your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7ezd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised terms will be effective from the date they are published on this page. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of the 7ezd platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You are using the platform voluntarily and for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing 7ezd from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 7ezd or any other gambling operator.
• You are not acting on behalf of, or facilitating access for, any third party, including a minor.

7ezd takes its age verification obligations seriously. At any point during your registration or account usage, 7ezd may request documentary evidence of your age and identity, including but not limited to a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence. If satisfactory verification is not provided within the timeframe specified in the request, 7ezd reserves the right to suspend your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Any individual found to be under the age of 18 at the time of registration or during any subsequent period of account activity will have their account permanently closed. Any deposits made by a minor will be refunded to the original payment method where technically possible. Any winnings accrued by a minor during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full.

2.1 Jurisdiction Responsibility

7ezd operates as an offshore platform. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering an account or placing any wager. 7ezd makes no representation that the services it provides are legal in all jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that you have independently verified that your participation is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state, or region.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features of the 7ezd platform, you must create a player account by completing the registration process. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active 7ezd account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different contact details, or via a third party — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 7ezd reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel all pending bets, and forfeit all balances including any deposited funds where evidence of abuse is established.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ezd login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any account access details with any third party. All activity conducted through your account — whether or not it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7ezd support immediately. 7ezd accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7ezd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other point determined by 7ezd's compliance procedures. Acceptable identity documents include national ID cards, passports, and government-issued photo ID. Proof of address documents include utility bills, bank statements, and official correspondence, all dated within 90 days of submission. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is concluded.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 7ezd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7ezd does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside 7ezd's control.

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

7ezd currently accepts deposits via the following payment channels:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Local Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Minimum deposit amounts and any method-specific limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account. 7ezd reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time and without prior notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. 7ezd aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours of receipt, subject to KYC verification status and internal compliance checks. Withdrawals may be delayed where a review of account activity is in progress. 7ezd reserves the right to request additional documentation before authorising any withdrawal. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within the account dashboard.

4.3 Funds Security

Player deposits are held in accounts separate from 7ezd's operational funds. This segregation is intended to protect player balances in the normal course of business; however, 7ezd does not guarantee the return of funds in all circumstances and players should be aware of the nature of offshore platform arrangements before depositing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

7ezd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, time limits, and eligible game restrictions.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, where applicable, will be clearly stated in the bonus offer terms. Players are advised to read these terms before opting into any promotional offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, or exploiting any error or loophole in bonus mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these terms. 7ezd reserves the right to cancel any bonus, void associated wagers, and suspend or permanently close accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

7ezd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the promotions page. Claimed bonuses that are already in a player's account at the time of a promotional change will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of the claim, unless fraud or abuse has been identified.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7ezd platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering as a minor or facilitating access to the platform for any individual under the age of 18.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information during registration or at any other point.
• Creating more than one account, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, navigate the platform, or interact with games in a manner not intended for human users.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or miscalculated odds. Any winnings derived from a demonstrable platform error will be void regardless of the account balance at the time.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on 7ezd.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 7ezd platform to launder money or facilitate any other form of financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with 7ezd's software, systems, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward 7ezd staff or other players via any communication channel.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7ezd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with criminal conduct.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or request from a competent authority requiring account suspension or closure.
• The player's own voluntary request for self-exclusion or account closure via the responsible gaming tools or support team.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 7ezd will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeframe to the account holder via their registered email address. Any funds held in a suspended account will remain in the account pending the outcome of the investigation. Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of terms, 7ezd reserves the right to forfeit part or all of the account balance depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 7ezd customer support. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal rules and any remaining eligible balance will be withdrawn to the player's registered payment method. Self-exclusion requests are processed separately and are documented under the Responsible Gaming framework.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ezd, its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the 7ezd platform or any feature thereof.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues that interrupt gameplay or prevent access to the platform.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement that are subsequently corrected by 7ezd in accordance with these terms.
• Reliance on any information, promotional material, or content published on the 7ezd platform.

7ezd does not warrant that the platform will operate without interruption or error. The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. While 7ezd makes reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and resolve technical issues promptly, no uptime guarantee is made or implied.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 7ezd's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

8.1 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated or summarised version of this document, the English text shall prevail.

8.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court or authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the document. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
